We Knanaya Catholics (Southists) originated from the Kottayam Archeparchy and migrated around the world have more than 1700 hundred years old (from AD-345) ethnic tradition which was approved by the Holy Father Pope Leo XIII on 29 July1887. (Ref; Suffering, Document 1). Holly Father issued separate Southist Vicariate for us on that day to protect this ethnic identity. From the time immemorial we had and still we have own ethnic Knanaya Catholic Churches in Kerala, India, under the Kottayam Archeparchy. One of them, 1500 years old, St.Mary’s Knanaya Catholic Forane Church, Kaduthuruthy, Kerala, India, is being colonized by Northist Bishops now in the name of ‘elevating that Church into a Major Archi Episcopal Church’. Major part of the explanation about this 'elevation process' in Kottayam Archeparchy website is talking about just 'money', means the percentage of the revenue charged or taken by the Bishop Houses.

These Bishops, the previous distributors of spirituality are now focused on the Franchise business of world wide Knanaya provinces, Churches and other institutions. This was started formerly Chicago, all over USA, then Canada, UK, Australia, Vatican, New Delhi and now in Kaduthuruthy. Syro Malabar administration is now facing five litigations in the High Court of Kerala, India filed by their own Laity Associations. Now, Laities of the Kottayam Archeparchy residing in Kerala has filed a law suit petition on 4th February 2020 against Mar.George Allencherry and Mar.Mathew Moolakkatt to protect this Kaduthuruthy Church from being colonized! This capturing is under freezing order by the Civil Rights court of Kerala, India and in continuance for further hearings.

A part of Syro Malabar spiritual leadership is now notorious all over the world in the name of corruption, sexual scandal, land scam cases, Nun raped cases, tax evasion, money laundering, cheating Canon Law, violation of immigration law, laity suffering complaints and extortion by Syro-Malabar clergy cases etc.. Not only media data base, Judicial and Eparchial court documents are also available to prove these allegations. The basic thing is how our Justification and Sanctification will become possible under the Pastoral Care of these Bishops?
